	What does it do?
	Report designer is a complete report builder and generator. It can be used to modify any of the reports delivered with Qasper, or to build brand new single or complex multi-table reports. Report Designer is a desktop-based application. Reports designed with Report Designer can be transferred to the central database for sharing by everyone.
