We've looked at various CRM offerings including SugarCRM and Microsoft CRM (just to name a few) but we found limitations in either the cost or flexibility.

Qasper, on the other hand, seems to be ideally suited for those businesses which are caught between the smaller programs, such as Maximizer, and the larger ones, like those mentioned above. Qasper fits the bill for a company like mine.

With Qasper we have greater functionality than many of the CRM packages out there: centralized calendaring, contacts, email, help desk and so on, but Qasper also has another unique feature. One I'm sure companies who use this product will come to appreciate. That is the Qasper Visualizer.

There is [a] good one called Qasper (http://www.qasper.com). It is a recent entry into the CRM market but is really quite good. Plus, they offer a free downloadable version as well as hosted versions. If you have a small to medium sized business the price for a hosted version is quite reasonable - none of this "per seat" licensing. Pay for it once and use it for a year regardless of the number of users. 

Or if you need it just for yourself, the free version works just fine for that as well.
